What is PlanTrak ?

PlanTrak is a web based tool which helps Boards, managers and staff drive organisational performance and monitor results. It is also the perfect tool to support collaborative initiatives like Collective Impact.

What does PlanTrak do?

PlanTrak ensures your organisation can clearly monitor performance. This reduces the lag between real information and decision making so you, your managers and your Board can respond quickly when necessary.

It helps you keep track of Deliverables and Indicators. A Deliverable is something that needs to be done by a certain time and an Indicator helps you understand what is happening or the impact that your organisation is making.

PlanTrak measures how well your organisation is going against agreed targets. This information can be accessed at any time and can be used for improved planning.

PlanTrak can also be used to report on population changes and other outcome indicators if you are wanting to understand changes in the broader community.

How does PlanTrak work?

Once PlanTrak is up and running, data entry is quick and easy. Reminders are sent to staff to enter data. Managers and staff have different levels of access – which helps monitor individual or team performance in real-time.

PlanTrak makes reporting easy – for example reports for managers and boards can be run just by hitting a button saving significant time and resources.
